laboratories diagnose technical problems with diagnostic kits and

equipment.  Computer Training specialist for internal Technical

Support Department.  Technical Support Lead for various diagnostic

products, including PSA (prostrate-specific antigen, our company’s

leading product).  One-month term as Associate Salesperson to

assist Oregon territory.  Led internal training sessions for Technical

Support and Customer Service on products and equipment.
